Shipping Options: Orders received by 3pm EST will ship same day. Our preferred carrier is the United Parcel Service (UPS).
- UPS Ground: This option is available on all orders. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: For an additional charge**, we offer this expedited shipping option. Products shipped via two-day service are normally delivered two business days after shipment.
- UPS Next Day Air: For an additional charge**, we offer this expedited shipping option. Products shipped via overnight service are normally delivered one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Signature is required for delivery: A signature is required for delivery. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Undeliverable Packages: Please contact customer service if your package has not arrived in the specified ship time. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, we will make every effort to contact you to make arrangements for delivery. UPS makes three attempts to deliver a package. The package will be returned to our warehouse after three failed delivery attempts.
