Cancellations: Contact customer service immediately if you choose to cancel your order.
Return/Exchange and Refund: If you are not satisfied with your Mezlan / Bacco Bucci purchase, please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to Mezlan / Bacco Bucci warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RA. All products must be packed in the original unmarked packaging including any materials shipped with the product. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 5 business days.
Quality Assurance: Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a Mezlan / Bacco Bucci Return Authorization, and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for return. Mezlan / Bacco Bucci does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise.
Return Process: Contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (see Return/Exchange Refund Policy). An email will be sent with instructions to return the merchandise:
- Complete the return-exchange questionnaire enclosed with your order and include: Return Authorization #, Name, Email Address, Order Number, and Reason for Return.
- Send back your purchase using a carrier of your choice.
- Affix return label to the original package with clear tape.
- Once we receive and approve your merchandise we will issue a refund (minus any applicable fees and charges) and an email confirmation notice within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
